Friends of the Incline and

The Landscaping Project

Hey folks, I need your help!

The Incline is a terrific tourist attraction to our region as well as an important part of our history (not to mention that it’s also my home).  It’s fun to ride and offers families and friends a unique perspective of our community.  It’s a great place to gather and have fun.

With my pals at CamTran (Cambria County Transit Authority), we’ve devised a clever way to ensure that the Inclined Plane will be here forever, and that’s where you come in . . . .

Won’t you become one of my Friends of the Incline?

There are all sorts of levels of Friends, and we’re planning many events that will include you and your family.  We’ve set up a permanent endowment fund at The Community Foundation, to be certain that money we raise will be wisely invested.  Proceeds from the interest of the fund will help ensure that the Incline will roll forever.

The Inclined Plane is owned and operated under the auspices of the Cambria County Transit Authority as a nonprofit entity. It was incorporated as a special IRS sec. 501 (c) 3  status enterprise some years ago.  (That’s fancy talk to say that money you donate to the Incline is tax-deductible.)

Membership in the Rolli’s Friends of the Incline will be renewed annually.

Here are some of the benefits of membership:

"  You’ll get a Friends membership card with my likeness on it!
(The best part of the card is that it enables you to a 10 percent discount on all non-food items in the  Inclined Plane Gift Shop)

"  A 10 percent discount on the Commuter / Family Pass

"  A Rolli pin (that’s a nice likeness of me again).

"  A mailed schedule of Rolli’s Friends events.  (You’ll know before everyone else what’s scheduled to happen at the Inclined Plane)

Contributing Friends get event more benefits—check it out!

Please help save my home and keep the Incline rolling.  Click here to print the application form, fill it out and send it in with credit card information or your check or money order.

 Sincerely your pal,

    Rolli

P.S. Some of my pals are members of the Diescher Society
